- 10 Feb 1898 Sophia E. Felger vs. William Kiesler, bastardy.
- 18 Feb 1898 Pearl Dennis was yesterday brought into this city and locked up in jail on a charge of bastardy which has been prepared by Nora Walls. Dennis was arrested by Marshall Grabner of New Haven. When Dennis saw that his name was that in more ways than one he said he would marry the girl and was accompanied to the office of the county clerk by a deputy sheriff. He got the necessary document and last night the knot was tied.
