| Query: | Members of my family emigrated here from Scotland via New York from Sept 1837. They were Presbyterians. They were Jean Hogarth Humphrey and James Humphrey, a stone cutter, Elizabeth Hogarth O'Leary, and Jean Stoddart Hogarth. I'm seeking any information about them beyond census facts. To my knowledge, the only surviving child of these siblings was Thomas Hogarth, who fought for IN Vols 1861-64. I have a lot of the military records available online. |
