| Query: | Donald Lewis Williams was born on April 14, 1913. I know he married Gladys Mae Long in 1939. He fought in WW2. Before that he worked as a truck driver and Gladys worked at GE. Donald died in 1986 and Gladys was killed in a gas explosion in 1965. I have a stack of love letters written between them in the 1940s and I've been trying to find more information about them (as well as find some photos) but I've hit a brick wall. It also seems as though they may have lived separately after marrying for several years but before the war but I haven't been able to figure out why. |
