| Query: | Hello - I am a current university student in architecture, hoping for my thesis to propose a new music school for Fort Wayne. I found a photo in the historical photograph collection of the Allen County Library that shows a Fort Wayne European School of Music, with very little accompanying information other than that the school had been organized in 1892, and at the time of the photograph was under the leadership of a Mr. George Bailhe. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to uncover any more information in regards to Mr. Bailhe but have yet to come up with anything other than the initial photograph. |
