| Query: | Bernard (or Bernhardt) Phillips is my Great, Great Grandfather. He was born March 1, 1812 in either France or Germany (finding both). I think he was married twice but my Great, Great Grandmother is Caroline. Not sure when he arrived here, but it was before 1850. He had 4 children, John, Odelia, Eliza and Frank.
